Just a quick session in a long lunch break to avoid high tide after work. Wind was 25-30 mph when I got there so rigged 4.5. However, the wind had dropped by the time I got on the water so changed to 5.5 which was much better though the wind picked up a bit towards the end!

Fun sailing in the white water though hard work and a few rinsings and a walk. Great to get out and fit it all in to a lunch break :)
